Deon recently built us a new garden shed and concrete base. He did a fantastic job on the shed and was great to deal with. Would highly recommend Deon and his workmanship. Thankyou again Deon.

A rare tradesman who genuinely loves his craft—meticulous, thoughtful, and utterly reliable. His attention to detail and pride in his work make all the difference. A pleasure to work with and an absolute standout in the industry.

We needed half of our carport raised 300mm to accommodate our new caravan. Deon was very helpful and conscientious both in coming to view and advise what needed to be done and also in booking the job, arriving when he said he would and working on our job whilst here. We are super happy with the job. We will certainly call on Deon again with other jobs. Thankyou Deon.

I have used Deon Murray for over 5 years to do many handyman tasks for me. Recently these tasks have included painting, carpentering, installing light fittings, recaulking of bathroom/shower and kitchen areas, fixing a leaking toilet, replacing supporting beams in house, replacing a wood fire heater flange and sealing gaps around the house.

I have found Deon to be approachable, friendly, flexible, multi-talented (see above list!), reasonably priced who can be relied on to do great, tidy work that you will be pleased with. He responds to calls straight away and if you are in a bind time-wise, he will do his best to fit you in. I have no hesitation in recommending Deon to do your handyman work in or around the Halls Gap area, you will not regret it.

We engaged Deon for a number of jobs around the property, including the renovation of two bathrooms, on farm welding, repairs and maintenance to buildings and machinery. We found him to be very professional and reliable and will continue to engage Deon for future projects.

We have been consistently impressed with the high standard of work completed by Deon from Cutting Edge Maintenance & Construction. Recently, he installed an EcoDeck for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. Deon’s professionalism and dedication to quality are evident in every project he undertakes. Highly recommend!

After pulling out a wardrobe to make a small bedroom larger, I knew I had to get help with taking out the bulkhead. I wasnt sure if id be able to get anyone to travel out to the small country town of Willaura but Deon called me back and within a few weeks helped to rip out the bulkhead, put supports in the roof to replace the ceiling replace and replaster. We even managed to save and refit the old cornice to match. Deon comes on time and has every single tool imaginable. He is meticulous. His attention to detail is refreshing and he will put in the long hours to get things finished to a stage if needed. He's a builder, a plasterer, a tiler and much more. Thanks Deon. Hope to get you back when you can fit me in.
